About the vacancy:
As a Lawyer, we need you to:
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements, including agreements on payment services. 
  • Creating and/or amending internal policies and regulations. 
  • Performing legal research and analysis on various legal issues. 
  • Analyzing legislative changes; Providing opinions on draft laws and regulations. 
  • Assessing legal risks and rendering relevant recommendations with regard to the company activities. 
  • Communicating with current and potential contractors of the company, participating in negotiations. 
  • Coordinating the relationship with the regulator. 
  • Representing the company on administrative complaints and court disputes. 
    • As a Lawyer, we need you to have:
  • University degree in law. Master’s degree will be an asset. 
  • At least 2 years of legal experience in financial services, payments, or fintech will be an asset.
  • Familiarity with regulations governing payment systems, such as Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail orientation.
