About the vacancy:
As a Customer Service Officer, we need you to:
  • Handle Customer queries and Problems via via Digital / Voice Channels, based on the customer contact, gaming profile, gaming history.
  • Escalate Customer Problems based on predefined procedure
  • Categorize Customer Contacts
  • Own and develop appropriate information and knowledge on company product, procedure and campaigns in timely manner
  • Delivery of company products based on company approved communication style/ method
  • Comply to main CS KPIS: communication index, competence index, adherence ​
    • We need you to have:
  • Working experience in the Customer Service area is desirable
  • Pre-intermediate level of Russian and English languages
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to analyze and present material clearly and concisely
  • Honesty and reliability
  • Attention to detail
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issue
