About the vacancy:
As a Associate Product Manager, we need you to:
  • Data & analysis: collaborate with your manager to define data needs and perform post-launch analysis. Use analytics tools to provide insights for product optimization.
  • User feedback: collect and analyze feedback through surveys, and usability tests. Work with your manager to translate this feedback into actionable insights.
  • User experience & design: evaluate existing user experiences and make recommendations for improvement. Work with the design team to create wireframes and high-quality UI that meet business requirements and brand standards.
  • Feature development: manage backlog,plan sprints andwrite clear product specifications and ensure to meet deadlines and quality goals.
  • Stakeholder communication: align with key stakeholders and gather feedback on initiatives. Articulate product goals, present updates, and keep teams informed.
  • Optimization & testing: Collaborate on rapid prototyping and testing. Use web analytics and A/B testing to optimize features post-launch.
  • We prefer you to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of product management, user feedback and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for sports and a user-centric approach to product management.
  • Exposure to the agile development process.
