About the vacancy:
As a Product Manager, we need you to:
  • Work with the Head of Product on the product strategy
  • Works to define and own the product vision
  • Outlines what success looks like for the specific product in terms of objectives and success metrics
  • Manage product roadmap and prioritize initiatives
  • Lead discovery and delivery phases for objectives and initiatives
  • Guide our stakeholders on their information needs for their respective processes and operations.
  • Work very closely with stakeholders on new ideas to facilitate the discovery process.
  • Be the link between the business and the development team.
  • Facilitate the agile process
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize the Adjarabet gaming experience
  • Utilize data and customer research to form hypotheses about new features that will stimulate growth.
  • Collaborate with other Product managers & UI/UX designers and development to rapidly prototype new ideas
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and tests
  • Works with outside stakeholders
  • Remove barriers, gain alignment and generally make things happen
    • As a Product Manager, we need you to have:
  • Enthusiasm for creating products and great user experiences
  • Experience in managing multiple streams simultaneously as part of a big initiative
  • Experience in working on delivery/development teams
  • Experience in product discovery and documentation standards
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using advanced product management techniques for tracking, monitoring, visualising and improving success metrics
  • Understanding of lean/agile approach to product management and scrum framework
  • Good understanding of the gaming industry is a plus
  • Humility; a constant desire to grow and learn
  • Fluency in English is a must
