About the vacancy:
As a head of product, you need to:
  • Define and own the vision and strategy of local operator’s products
  • Contribute and align on global vision and strategy with global platform owner
  • Define and lead what the success look like in terms of product on a specific market to lead the market and gain competitive advantage
  • Take ownership on key product metrics on local level
  • Share ownership of key commercial results with local leadership team
  • Lead strategic planning for local products and align for shared platform to achieve product and business objectives
  • Facilitate shared alignment on product principles and culture
  • Define product execution strategy in terms of inhouse/shared platform development
  • Manage stakeholder relationship and create transparency for maximum alignment as a ground for co-creation and collaboration
  • Overlook how product planning and product execution/delivery practices and frameworks are well-implemented
  • Guide our stakeholders on their information needs for their respective processes and operations
  • Oversee ongoing initiatives progress Identify possible impediments to remove barriers with minimum effectiveness loss
  • Oversee product success and stability metrics analytics and create action items
  • Oversee regular competitor analysis and maintain market place awareness
  • Facilitate the agile process to reach maximum flexibility and pace
  • Keep close eye on product uptime and accomplishment of target SLA; Involve to resolve incidents if needed and Initiate corrective or preventive actions to ensure product stability
  • Build-up customer-centric mindset and continuous discovery practices for the team to be as close as possible with users
  • Share and maintain the standard in terms of processes, frameworks and tools, participate and lead the implementation
  • Define tribes vision and scope to match product and local brand strategy
  • Setup teams and scope to match tribes and local products strategy
  • Ensure desired level of product competency in the direction by creating consistent recruitment, onboarding and development plans
  • Support tribe leads with ongoing coaching
  • Work towards building tribe leads skills, set objectives, track and analyze performance and competency
  • Ensure true collaboration between tribe leads
  • Help to maintain shared understanding about the vision of power of motivated teams
  • Guide tribe leads to build skills of the product owners in the tribe
  • Overall responsibility of the tribe product roadmap and backlog item
  • As a head of product, you need to have:
  • Proven success in owning the product and its contribution to the overall company vision and goal.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
  • Enthusiasm and passion for creating products and great user experiences.
  • Significant experience in driving the strategy and implementation of a gambling related product across all platforms including.
  • Notable experience in management and understanding of whole tech stack and software/product platform
  • Knowledge of product development and the ability to manage this process from end to end.
  • A proven track record of working within an agile team, able to take on responsibility and manage deadlines successfully, preferably within an online context
  • Proven technical experience in web technologies and mobile is essential
  • Significant experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Experience of working in fast paced, demanding environments is essential
  • Proven ability to drive change in demanding environments is essential
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills are essential
  • A relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills, presentation, business oriented
  • Experience in agile and it’s frameworks
  • Fluency in English is a must
