About the vacancy:
As a Organizational Psychologist, we need you to:
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address work-related stress, mental health concerns, and personal challenges.
  • Maintain confidential records and comply with ethical and legal standards of practice.
  • Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate employees’ needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design mental health strategies and interventions.
  • Offer crisis intervention during workplace incidents or traumatic events.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of mental health programs through feedback, reports, and data analysis.
  • Support leadership with tools and frameworks to manage employee well-being and engagement effectively.
  • As a Organizational Psychologist, we need you to have:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a psychologist, counselor, or therapist in an organizational setting.
  • Master’s degree in organizational psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling Psychology.
  • Empathy, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and calendar management.
