About the vacancy:

As a Organizational Psychologist, we need you to:

Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address work-related stress, mental health concerns, and personal challenges.

Maintain confidential records and comply with ethical and legal standards of practice.

Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate employees’ needs and challenges.

Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design mental health strategies and interventions.

Offer crisis intervention during workplace incidents or traumatic events.

Monitor the effectiveness of mental health programs through feedback, reports, and data analysis.

Support leadership with tools and frameworks to manage employee well-being and engagement effectively.

As a Organizational Psychologist, we need you to have:

At least 2 years of experience as a psychologist, counselor, or therapist in an organizational setting.

Master’s degree in organizational psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling Psychology.
