About the vacancy:

As a People & Organizational Researcher, we need you to:

Conduct research to understand key aspects of organizational behavior including team dynamics, leadership and collaboration.

Develop research frameworks for assessing organizational culture, alignment across markets and opportunities for improvement.

Monitor success of implementing cultural initiatives, provide feedback and initiative improvements.

Identify emerging trends in organizational behavior and incorporate relevant approaches into internal studies.

Manage 3rd party research execution.

Ensure research methodologies adhere the best practices and provide meaningful insights.

Responsible for developing research instrument, conducting data analysis and providing effective delivery of actionable insights.

As a People & Organizational Researcher, we need you to have:

Bachelor / Master's degree in organization behavior, psychology or related field

Minimum 4 years of experience in academic or applied research
