About the vacancy:
As a Customer Service Officer, we need you to:
  • Smooth and accurate maintenance of the daily work
  • Ensure to be a proper face of the company for the customer according to company standards
  • Handle Customer queries via calls and chats
  • Provide customers with the data regarding new and existing services/campaigns: Informative
  • Problem solving
  • Register subscribers’ problems and requests correctly and accurately
  • Verify the information properly related to subscribers
  • Provide Manager/Team Leader with the information concerning any extreme situation
  • Register customer queries according to their types
  • Follow high-security level of customer data confidentiality
  • As a Customer Service Officer, we need you to have:
  • Working experience in the Customer Service area is desirable
  • Pre-intermediate level of Russian and English languages
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to analyze and present material clearly and concisely
  • Honesty and reliability
  • Attention to detail
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
  • Salary-1000 Gel (net)
