About the vacancy:
As a Fraud Risk Analyst, we need you to:
  • Monitoring and analyze transactions, accounts and gameplay patterns to detect and prevent fraudulent activities in real-time
  • Investigate suspicious accounts, transactions and behavior, gathering evidence and conducting thorough analysis to identify fraudulent patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with the fraud prevention team, customer support, and relevant department to share insights and coordinate actions.
  • Utilize advanced fraud detection tools, technologies, and data sources to enhance fraud prevention strategies.
  • Review and assess chargebacks, disputes and claims related to fraudulent activities, providing accurate documentation and evidence as required
  • Generate reports and insights on fraud trends, providing actionable recommendations to improve fraud detection and prevention efforts.
  • Participate in continuous learning to stay update on latest fraud techniques and mitigation strategies
  • Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements within the online gambling industry
    • As a Fraud Risk Analyst, we need you to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in fraud detection, investigation, or risk management within the online gambling, financial, or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns indicative of fraud.
  • Proficiency in using fraud detection tools, risk assessment technologies, and data analysis software ( SQL  or any other)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
