About the vacancy:

As a Junior IAM Administrator you have to:

Assist with user account provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management in Active Directory (AD) and Office 365.

Support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions using Okta and Azure AD.

Help enforce role-based access control (RBAC) and security policies.

Monitor and respond to IAM-related support tickets and troubleshoot login/access issues.

Active Directory & Office 365 Support:

Support Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive) security policies.

Assist with group policy updates and directory synchronization issues.

Okta Administration:

Assist in managing Okta user and group configurations.

Help troubleshoot SSO and MFA authentication issues.

Learn to configure Okta integrations with cloud applications.

Jamf & Apple Device Management:

Support the management of macOS and iOS devices using Jamf.

Assist with device enrollment, policy enforcement, and software deployment.

Learn and apply basic Jamf scripting (Bash, Python) for automation.

As a Junior IAM Administrator you need to know:

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Systems: Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar solutions.

Access Control & Authentication Protocols: Familiarity with SSO (Single Sign-On), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control).

Directory Services: Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and integration with cloud IAM solutions.

Federation & Protocols: Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos.
