About the vacancy:

As a tech support officer, we need you to:

Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications

Troubleshoot Desktop system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password and unlock issues

Clean PCs’ or Laptops and replace parts as required

Test and evaluate new technologies

Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over phone or by remote)

Installation of Office Devices (printers, scanners, remote devices)

Monitoring of meeting rooms, Server room.
