About the vacancy:
As a Senior Research Analyst, we need you to:
  • Conduct market primary and secondary market research to understand industry trends,, market opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Develop research instruments in alignment with business goals, design surveys, manage data collection from external and internal sources.
  • Execute data analysis and prepare reports and visualizations to communicate research findings.
  • Synthesize findings and provide actionable reccomendatations.
  • Collaborate with 3rd parties and ensure high-quality research delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand research needs and align research projects with business objectives
    • As a Senior Research Analyst, we need you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences or psychology
  • at least 4 years of experience in market research
  • Strong quantitative research skills including understanding of variety of methods
  • Excellent skills of data analysis & visualization
  • Strong written and verbal communication (English B2)
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable to work in cross-cultural environment.
