About the vacancy:
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, we need you to:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify   recruitment needsSource potential candidates through various   channels and platforms in local and international labor marketsPlan interview and selection procedures,   including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviewsAnalyze trends and metrics in partnership   with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.Manage candidate information, including   resumes and contact details, using company’s Applicant Tracking SystemDesign interview questions that reflect   each position’s requirementsOrganize and participate in job fairs,   employer branding events, and recruitment campaignsFoster   long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidatesSupport and manage recruitment-related projects   and initiatives within the company.As a Talent Acquisition Officer, we need you to have:
Bachelor's   degree in Social Science, Psychology, or Business administrationProven   work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar   HR/recruitment roleProficiency   in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR softwareFluency   in English — both written and spoken is requiredExcellent   verbal and written communication skillsWe promise to give you:
