As a Senior Project Manager, we need you to:
Own, Guide, and Deliver Strategic ProjectsTake full responsibility for end-to-end ownership of large-scale, mission-critical initiatives that directly impact corporate objectives and transformation goals.Ensure projects are not only delivered on time, within scope and budget, but also achieve their intended business outcomes and measurable value.Strategic Planning and AccountabilityDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans that align with strategic priorities, clearly defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.Guide projects with accountability, maintaining control over delivery standards, adapting to changing priorities, and safeguarding outcomes.Cross-Functional Stakeholder LeadershipEstablish trusted partnerships with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and secure strategic buy-in.Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, managing expectations, ensuring delivery contributes to corporate transformation and facilitating effective communication.Risk, Issue, and Dependency ManagementProactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges that could compromise delivery or outcomes.Drive timely resolution through structured escalation and decision-making forums.Governance, Transparency, and ReportingApply rigorous governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability throughout delivery.Provide executives and steering committees with clear, outcome-focused progress reports, metrics, and insights.Value Realization and Continuous ImprovementAnalyze project outcomes and processes to identify improvement opportunities.Capture lessons learned, optimize practices, and champion improvements in delivery capability across CTDO.Mentorship and Team CulturePromote a culture of ownership, accountability, and results orientation within project teams.Mentor colleagues, fostering collaboration and building organizational delivery maturity.As a Senior Project Manager, we need you to have:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Experience managing global or multi-location projects.Experience in corporate or enterprise delivery functions is highly desirable.PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.Skills:
