About the vacancy:
As a Junior Product and Service Operation Officer , we need you to:
  • Continuously monitor network and hardware infrastructure, systems, and applications to detect and respond to incidents, alerts, and performance issues. 
  • Lead and coordinate the response to IT incidents, ensuring a timely and effective resolution. 
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders, informing them about incidents' status, progress, and resolution. 
  • Document incident details, including root causes and resolutions, to create a knowledge base for future reference. 
  • Collaborate withproducts and infrateams, and other relevant parties to address incidents efficiently. 
  • Work closely with Problem and Change Managementto identifyrecurring issues and initiate emergency changestocontribute to their permanent resolution. 
  • Analyze incident trends and patterns to recommend improvements in processes, systems, and procedures. 
  • Ensure that incident response activities comply with SLAsand other relevant performance metrics. 
  • As a Junior Product and Service Operation Officer we need you to have:
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and applications to effectively manageincidents. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and convey technical information to non-technical audiences. 
  • Analyticalandproblem-solvingskillstoidentifytherootcauseofincidentsandimplementeffectivesolutions. 
  • Ability to lead and coordinate a team during incident response, ensuring a collaborative and effective approach. 
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple incidents simultaneously and prioritize based on severity and impact. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
