About the vacancy:

The Project Manager (PM) plays a critical role in the successful delivery of
technology initiatives across the CEE region. Reporting to the Delivery Director,
the PM is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution — from planning
and scoping to implementation and closure — ensuring alignment with strategic
goals, delivery frameworks, and quality standards.
The role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on project coordination,
and consistent execution discipline to deliver business value on time, within scope,
and within budget.





As a Project Manager, we need you to:
  • Project Delivery & Execution
  • Lead the execution of multiple concurrent technology projects within the CEE platform and business portfolio;
  • Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project characteristics;
  • Ensure adherence to delivery governance, risk, scope, and change management practices;
  • Maintain accurate project plans, milestones, and progress reporting;
  • Track delivery performance against agreed KPIs (timeliness, budget adherence, quality metrics).

  • Stakeholder & Communication Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining
  • transparent communication with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure,
  • Architecture, ITSM, and Security teams.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear progress updates, risk
  • assessments, and issue escalation paths.
  • Support cross-functional alignment across local markets and regional teams.

  • Governance & Standards
  • Ensure all project documentation, status reports, and dashboards comply with PMO standards;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, tools, and reporting mechanisms;
  • Participate in retrospectives and lessons-learned reviews to drive best practices.

  • Risk, Budget, and Resource Management
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies;
  • Collaborate with Delivery Director and PMO for budget tracking and resource capacity planning;
  • Coordinate internal and external (vendor) delivery resources to meet project demands.

  • Performance & Quality Assurance
  • Track delivery KPIs, ensure quality outcomes, and support post-implementation reviews;
  • Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement;
  • Contribute to maintaining high NPS from business stakeholders through delivery excellence.

    • As a Project Manager, we need you to have:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within technology or platform delivery environments;
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, governance, and PMO standards;
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional technology projects in complex, matrixed organizations;
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities;
  • Experience with AWS-based projects and cloud delivery frameworks is highly preferred;
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD processes is an advantage;
  • Experience with PM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent).
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget;
  • Adherence to delivery governance and quality standards;
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and NPS scores;
  • Risk and issue management effectiveness.
