About the vacancy:
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, we need you to:
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
  • Source potential candidates through various channels and platforms in local and international labor markets
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manage candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using company’s Applicant Tracking System
  • Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, employer branding events, and recruitment campaigns
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Support and manage recruitment-related projects and initiatives within the company.
  • As a Talent Acquisition Officer, we need you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Psychology, or Business administration
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar HR/recruitment role
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software
  • Fluency in English — both written and spoken is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
