About the vacancy:
As a Digital Channels Growth Officer, you will:
Co-develop and execute long-term digital growth strategies aligned with business objectivesOwn the strategic roadmap for digital acquisition and channel expansionIdentify and unlock scalable growth levers across paid, owned, and emerging channelsPlan and execute full-funnel performance strategies - from awareness to conversion and retentionEstablish clear KPIs and performance frameworks to measure channel effectivenessLead structured experimentation programs (creative, audience, funnel, etc.)Translate complex performance data into clear, strategic growth decisionsOptimize marketing investment allocation based on ROI and business impactPartner closely with analytics, product, CRM, and creative teams to deliver integrated growth initiativesIdentify automation and AI-driven optimization opportunities to increase efficiency and scalabilityAs a Digital Channels Growth Officer, we need you to have:
4+ years of experience in digital performance, growth marketing, or channel strategyProven track record of developing and scaling digital growth strategiesStrong understanding of full-funnel marketing and customer acquisition economicsHands-on expertise in paid media platforms and performance optimizationDeep knowledge of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution models)Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI dashboards, etc.)Strong strategic mindset combined with execution capabilityAdvanced analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approachWe promise to give you:
