About the vacancy:
As a Head of CRE Operations Management Department, we need you to:
  • To manage the corporate Real Estate Operations, as the Head of CRE Management Operations Department will need to set goals, objectives and develop the team to make the most effective team possible.
  • To create, develop, implement, and maintain high-standard internal documentation, including policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) and office rules in compliance with regulatory and group guidelines that will serve as official company standards, ensuring consistency, clarity, and operational excellence across the organization.
  • To generate and manage CRE risk register outlining key risks and what controls are in place to mitigate the potential outcomes.
  • To develop and manage space utilization and developing solutions to deliver maximum value from the corporate real estate, whilst delivering high quality engaging working environments.
  • To manage all CRE related insurance processes (Property, Liability, etc.).
  • To develop and implement cost reduction and cost effectiveness initiatives.
  • To manage day-to-day CRE operations.
  • Accountable for company organized events physical assistance and administration.
  • To manage the access control system (ACS).
  • Accountable for the provision and delivery of the following operations relating to CRE Management:
  • o   All Facility Management operations under competencies;
  • o   CRE Management and Development;
  • o   Statutory Compliance for buildings;
  • o   Energy & Sustainability within the Facility Management areas of control;
  • o   Cleaning Services;
  • o   Gardening Services;
  • o   Canteen Management.
  • To respond to issues/complaints and, if necessary, support managers in communicating decisions and the progress to the business in order to manage and maintain relationships effectively.
  • To manage meetings on new property acquisitions, major renovation projects and relocation projects to contribute insights, guidance and smart, simple solutions to support occupancy requirements under CRE Director management and provision.
  • To participate in site visits of both Retail and Corporate Real Estate to provide support in areas of risk assessment and other aspects of statutory compliance.
  • To improve cost control by monitoring and supporting higher business efficiency.
  • As a Head of CRE Operations Management Department, we need you to have:
  • Proven experience of leading a team is a must.
  • Proven experience of real estate management.
  • Experience of managing budgets.
  • Focused on high standards of service delivery and best value solutions.
  • Be able to prioritize workload, work to tight deadlines, plan, organize and monitor several activities at the same time.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential; Both English and Georgian.
  • MS Office proficiency is essential.
  • Contractor and Contracts management skills.
  • Working knowledge of developing KPI’s and SLA’s.
  • Highly effective and developed networking skills.
