About the vacancy:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly organized individual to lead the Gifting and Hospitality Strategy for our VIP clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury and high-net-worth client experience, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and have the creativity to curate bespoke gifting and hospitality programs that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing VIP gifting and hospitality strategies that elevate the overall VIP experience, foster long-term relationships, and contribute to the retention and growth of our top-tier clients.
As a VIP Lifestyle Manager, we need you to:
  • Develop a Lifestyle strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
  • Create and maintain a Lifestyle calendar for ongoing initiatives and events.
  • Curate exclusive, high-end experiences for VIP clients, such as personalized travel arrangements, event invitations, or other luxury experiences.
  • Oversee hospitality arrangements for VIP clients during major events, ensuring seamless coordination and an exceptional level of service.
  • Collaborate with the wider VIP management team to ensure a personalized, consistent, and memorable experience for each VIP client.
  • Determine the budget for Lifestyle activities, manage it, control expenses, and ensure the efficient execution of operational processes.
  • Partner with various companies to secure the necessary services for VIP clients.
  • Develop and implement a gift strategy tailored to the interests and preferences of customers.
  • Initiate and monitor the process of purchasing gifts and delivering them to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to better understand their preferences, lifestyle, and expectations.
  • Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to track client preferences, gift histories, and engagement levels, optimizing future offerings.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to refine and enhance gifting and hospitality strategies.
  • As a VIP Lifestyle Manager, we need you to have:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (VIP client services, luxury gifting, hospitality, or high-net-worth relationship management).
  • Proven success in managing high-value client relationships and designing luxury experiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in curating bespoke experiences and gifts.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure exclusive deals and premium offerings for VIP clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury brands, high-end travel, exclusive events, and trends in client hospitality and gifting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
