Role Overview

The Product Manager is responsible for driving strategic execution of product including all squads. This role requires ownership of measurable outcomes and aligning data-driven roadmaps to deliver measurable business value and exceptional customer experience. The role is leading group of product owners.

As a Senior Product Manager we need you to:

Duties and Responsibilities

Product Strategy

Collaborate with the Head of Product to develop and execute clear product visions aligned with company objectives.

Product Success

Define, monitor, and analyze success metrics and KPIs around adoption, scalability, and integration efficiency, leveraging insights for ongoing improvements and optimization.

Product Lifecycle Management

Align and manage cross-team initiative execution and product rollouts.

Roadmap and Prioritization

Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, clearly defining success criteria and objectives.

Communication

Facilitate cross-team communication to eliminate roadblocks, align technically, and resolve dependencies. Regularly prepare and deliver comprehensive product reviews.

Product Leadership

Lead product teams, inspiring high performance through clear direction, effective feedback, and ongoing support. Take ownership of team objectives and KPIs.

Analysis

Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements, maintaining competitive advantages.

Stakeholder Facilitation

Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and development teams, aligning strategic goals and product requirements.

Stabilization

Ensure products are documented, scalable, maintainable, and deliver exceptional user experiences aligned with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

As a Senior Product Manager we need you to have:

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within Gaming

Proven commercial experience managing suppliers and SaaS platforms

Familiarity with iterative, value-driven releases

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks
