About the vacancy:
As a ERP Administrator Support Officer, we need you to:
  • Support end users’ day-to-day activities and ensure program continuous work;  
  • On-time handling of tasks/tickets;
  • Identify and implement relevant configurations in system;
  • Incident control and timely resolution in relevant program;  
  • Create and adjust reports in collaboration with stakeholders;
  • Supporting end users remotely or by phone;  
  • Escalating incidents in case of necessity;
  • In case of major malfunction problem identification, collecting information and communicating to responsible persons;
  • Provide system related information to the information security units;
  • Provide support for requirement gathering; 
  • Assisting with change management processes and procedures; 
  • Supporting the implementation of tasks;
  • Configuring bespoke solutions to specific problems;
  • Support in planning of deployment and testing;
  • As a ERP Administrator Support Officer, we need you to have:
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyze and solve problems;
  • Ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems;
  • Strong communication skills - able to communicate clearly, effectively and in a timely manner;
  • High proficiency in Excel;
  • Basic knowledge of finance/accounting/taxation 
  • Fluency in English is a must; 
  • Knowledge of Russian will be a benefit;
  • Ability to plan, organize, and structure work; 
  • Have good interpersonal skills; 
  • Previous Support experience with ERP or accounting systems will be a benefit;
  • Technical Writing experience will be a benefit;
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases will be a benefit; 
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or technical domain.
