About the vacancy:
As a IT Portfolio Manager, we need you to:
Lead the Initiation, Planning and Execution phases of the specific Portfolio projectsParticipate in the Strategy and Vision formation process of the assigned PortfolioManage Small, Medium projects independently and Complex projects under the supervision of PMOSet and continually manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholdersDefine project scope. Objectives/goals and deliverables involving all relevant stakeholders and Facilitate investigation of technical feasibilityDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor, track progress and share with clients/stakeholdersAssemble and coordinate project staff, provide direction and supportAssure the project tasks and resource requirements are clearly definedDirect and motivate the project team as appropriateAssure effective communication of Project Objectives, Timeline, Scope and Responsibility distributionEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budgetManage expectations for the delivery of the project and escalate to PMO as needed to enable appropriate corrective action to be takenCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsManage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholdersCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationKeep abreast of new and emerging technologies, and other developments in the current area of workManage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputsEstimate timelines, measure risk and devise mitigation strategies for identified risksPresent to Project Steering Committee/Project team the Concepts, planning and project status/progress reports, defining ongoing activities, problems and solutionsProject evaluation and assessment of resultsManage vendor selection process, under the supervision of PMOWork with the PMO to facilitate process improvements to Portfolio ManagementParticipate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the PMOWork creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellenceDefine interdependencies between technology, operations and business needsWe need you to have:
Portfolio of independently accomplished projects, which are recognised as successful (In Time, within the budget and according to the scope)Tools: Intermediate knowledge level of MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint;Well Awareness of Technical Business Processes in order to independently define the flow and sequence of works to be performedWorking experience in project management (Agile - Scrum / Waterfall)Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillLeadership, Business Knowledge / Ability to understand business needsFluency in Georgian and English, Russian (Preferable)A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when requiredSelf-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demandsSkills/Knowledge to estimate the resources needed for project tasks accomplishmentWe promise to give you:
