About the vacancy:

Check user’s Eligibility of entering into shop
Having excellent Gaming environment in shop
Working on User’s satisfaction increasement 
As a Branch Coordinator, we need you to:
  • Manage Event streaming services according to daily event list
  • Caring of Pricing screens hardware conditions, restart /update (communicate with the relevant team if needed)
  • Check user status into revenue Service portal of gambling restriction base
  • Keep Online betting zone in good working environment (All in One PC’ hardware)
  • Register request tickets in JYRA service desk for new hardware 
  • Coordinate with product team to cross sell campaigns in shop
  • Make costumer’s familiar with the sports product & betting, promotions both Retail/Online sportsbook campaigns
  • Communicate with relevant teams in case of product incidents
    • As a Branch Coordinator, we need you to have:
  • Basic knowledge of sport betting
  • Knowledge sport markets
  • Languages: English, Russian (elementary)
  • Ability to work with different software, (JYRA, ASANA etc.)  
  • Basic knowledge of digital & computer hardware’s
