About the vacancy:

As a Customer Insights Analyst, we need you to:
  •        Research, extract, analyze, review, and validate customer data.
  •        Report and provide a high level of data quality metrics to various levels of staff and management.
  •        Analyze and report on applicable business-critical data attributes and related key contact attributes.
  •        Proactively improve the quality of reporting.
  •        Interact with key functions (Customer Service/ Premium Service or any other) as part of research and analysis of customer data.
  •        Evaluate and identify where system enhancements are required
  •        Help manage and support acquisition and integration of new customer data into a customer data model, business processes, and business model.
  •        Develop and present proposals and analysis as assigned to worldwide senior and executive management teams
  •        Participate in teams working on customer data business optimization or customer data lifecycle management.
  • We need you to have:
  •        Minimum 1-year experience as an Analyst.
  •        Data Quality Skills.
  •        Proven passion for the data quality discipline.
  •        Understanding of the interaction between data flows and business processes including the business impact of data fields.
  •        Understanding of the customer data components and attributes.
  •        Ability to draw inferences in the context of an overall picture.
  •        Ability to do data profiling and data discovery with the ability to determine data patterns.
  •        Ability to perform information chain analysis/management and cost-benefit analysis and ROI discovery.
  •        Advanced knowledge of Excel.
