About the vacancy:

We are seeking a skilled Jira Developer to develop and optimize end-to-end request processes in Atlassian Jira Service Management Cloud (JSM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Jira, particularly in configuring and customizing JSM Cloud to support procurement, warehouse, contract, and invoice management processes

As a Junior Jira Developer, we need you to:

Design and implement processes within Jira Service Management Cloud for Request based on business process requirements. e.g. procurement project, warehouse, payments, etc.

Configure Jira projects, workflows, screens, and fields to meet business requirements.

Customize JSM Cloud using scripts, add-ons, and automation tools to enhance process efficiency.

Design and implement custom permission schemes, notification schemes, and security schemes to meet business needs.

Develop integrations with third-party applications to streamline processes.

Implement automation rules to reduce manual tasks and improve response times.

Monitor process performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.

Document processes and configurations for future reference.

Gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Initial testing of projects structured around business requirements and modifications based on feedback.

Analysis of requirements and developing alternative solutions based on needs.

As a Junior Jira Developer, we need you to have:

Proven experience in configuring and customizing Jira, particularly Jira Service Management Cloud.

familiarity with business process requirements is a plus. e.g. procurement, invoice management processes, etc.

Proficiency in Jira administration, including project configuration and workflow design.

Experience with Jira plugins and add-ons such as ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, etc.

Understanding of integration tools and APIs.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

ACP-120 Jira Administration for Cloud Certification (preferred)

Ability to make decisions in critical moments.
