About the vacancy:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven SEO Officer to join our marketing team. As an SEO Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the organic search rankings and visibility of our website and content. You will work closely with content creators, web developers, and digital marketers to optimize on-page and off-page elements

As a SEO Officer, we need you to:

SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and user experience.

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content for high-traffic keywords.

On-Page Optimization: Create and Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and other elements to ensure they are search-engine friendly. Improve website architecture for better crawling and indexing by search engines.

Off-Page Optimization: Build and manage backlink strategies to enhance website authority and domain strength. Engage in outreach efforts to acquire high-quality inbound links.

Content Optimization: Work closely with content teams to ensure content is SEO-optimized, aligning with keyword strategies and user intent.

SEO Audits: Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues such as broken links, slow loading times, and other technical problems that may hinder search engine rankings.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Provide regular reports on traffic, rankings, and conversions, offering insights for ongoing improvement.

Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Stay Current with SEO Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure the company’s strategies are always ahead of the curve.

As a SEO Officer, we need you to have:

Proven experience (2+ years) as an SEO Officer, SEO Analyst, or similar role.

Experience in content marketing creation.

Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS

Experience with technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, and site speed optimization.

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven results.

· Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

Familiarity with paid advertising platforms
