About the vacancy:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our Architecture team, with responsible for designing, governing, and evolving the regions IT infrastructure; spanning AWS, on-premises environments, security, workplace technologies, enterprise IT platforms, and broader architectural strategy. Successful candidates will help shape, deliver, and maintain robust, secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions that meet current and future business needs.

As a Solutions Architect, we need you to:

Design infrastructure solutions across AWS, on-premise and hybrid cloud platforms;

Develop reference architectures, patterns and standards supporting key initiatives;

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, application architects, security and operations;

Provide architectural governance and ensuring solutions comply with key principles;

Architecture support for other teams within the business and region;

Take ownership of your development—we’ll support you with the space to learn, stretch, and grow intentionally while making the most of every learning opportunity;

Engage in continuous feedback, reflect on your progress, and complete all mandatory trainings in a timely and proactive manner;

Bring positive energy in to everyday work—we take our goals seriously, but never lose our sense of fun and team spirit.

We need you to have:

5+years in IT with a strong technical background and experience as a Technical or Solutions Architect;

Relevant certifications, e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, TOGAF;

Involvement in cloud migration and transformation programmes;

Supported large complex IT environments and projects;

Business fluency in English;

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills;

Experience as a Technical or Solution Architect, or a closely related role in an enterprise setting;
