About the vacancy:

Partnerships across the HR function and Business to deliver value-added service to designated business unit management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
As a HR Business Partner, we need you to:
  • Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for the IT division and establish quarterly recruiting requirements for the TA team;
  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with respective business units;
  • Consult with line management, provide HR guidance when appropriate;
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies;
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations;
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning;
  • Manage performance appraisal program and deliver guidance to business line management;
  • Manage business line budget with line director;
  • Help managers to deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues
  • We need you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social science, Psychology, or Business administration;
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience;
  • Knowledge of English;
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employees.
