About the vacancy:
We are looking for a passionate and analytical Customer Experience (CX) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying user pain points, frustrations, and areas for improvement across our digital platforms. You will leverage digital experience tool, track user journeys, analyze insights, and work closely with product teams and designers to drive impactful changes that enhance the overall user experience
As a Customer Experience Manager, we need you to:
Identify user pain points and improvement opportunities through qualitative and quantitative researchUse digital experience tool to track user behavior and analyze user journeys.Develop dashboards to monitor key user experience metrics and report findings to stakeholdersTranslate insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancements and user interface improvementsWork closely with product managers and designers to prioritize and implement changes based on user impactParter with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure user insights inform product development Collaborate with customer support to address common user issues and improve overall satisfactionAdvocate for a user-centered approach in decision-making processes across teamContinuously refine and iterate on user experience improvements based on user feedback and testing resultsAs a Customer Experience Manager, we need you to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, UX/UI Design, or a related fieldAbility to collect customer data from different sources (surveys, mapping customer journeys, Voice of the Customer, etc.), to analyze it using analytics tools and to convert data into insights to identify opportunitiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to stakeholderExperience working in cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of product development processesA user-centric mindset with a passion for improving customer experiencesKnowledge of design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principlesExceptional written and oral communication skills in Georgian and EnglishWe promise to give you:
