About the vacancy:
As a Service Performance Analyst, we need you to:
  • Evaluate Team Monthly performance based on set standards,  KPIs and Timeliness
  • Precise analysis of customer contacts in terms of Communication and Competence quality analysis
  • Investigate VOC based on customer contacts and provide live monitoring of customer insights on certain processes or products, escalate in timely manner to relevant parties for further changes and improvements
  • Focus on critical errors or approaches towards customer service and escalate to line manager
  • Keep confidentiality in Service Performance and quality monitoring process for service excellence purposes
  • Focus on CSAT and take respective measures for frontline team improvement.
  • Provide Training and Onboarding to Customer Department Teams in products, promotion and  processes
  • As a Service Performance Analyst, we need you to have:
  • Excellent Knowledge of Customer Contacts
  • Excellent written communication Skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Multitasking.
