About the vacancy:
As a Head of Digital Marketing Strategy, we need you to:
  • Strategic leadership - develop and execute the long-term omni-channel strategy to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • Project management: Lead cross-functional projects aimed at integrating various customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment across channels.
  • Market analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Leverage insights to inform strategic decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
  • Customer experience enhancement: Design and implement strategies to improve customer journey and experience across all channels, including online, offline, and mobile.
  •  Performance measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of omni-channel strategies.
  • Regularly report on performance metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize results.
  •  Team leadership: Build and lead a high-performing omni-channel strategy team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • As a Head of Digital Marketing Strategy, we need you to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, or related roles, with a focus on omni-channel strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
