About the vacancy:
As a CLM Manager, we need you to:
  • Implement an optimized daily campaign program for the purposes of customer retention, reactivation, cross-sell, and upsell.
  • Create and implement private promotions for specified segments using CRM tools.
  • Keep stakeholder departments across the company updated about existing and upcoming operations.
  • Plan customer communications flow, targeting appropriate segments for each promotion according to communication tools.
  • Analyze and report the results of CRM activities.
  • Monitor and compare campaign performance on a daily basis.
  • Resolve daily issues.
  • Dynamize existing workflows and strategies.
  • Suggest new methods to address customers' needs.
  • Conduct market research to follow trends and competition.
  • We prefer you to have:
  • Analytical skills.
  • Work experience with customer data.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL.
  • Advanced knowledge of English.
  • Great attention to detail.
