About the vacancy:
This role will solve the problems like: lack of reporting, no structured tracking of games and vendors performance, helps to improve knowledge of customer insights and experience.
This role supports all verticals slots, live casino, poker, p2p and crash games – helps to gaming director to bases decisions on hard data rather than gut feel.
As a Gaming Insights Manager, we need you to:
Own weekly and monthly reporting for all key Gaming KPIs (GGR, NGR, Bets, Game performance, etc) Work with gaming Product Managers to identify key KPIs and ensure visibility (e.g. game lifecycle tracking, net margin per game, game type user experience)Generate actionable insights to support product. Support forecasting and planning with real-time and historical data. Provide department level summaries for use in quarterly reviews and C-level reportsMonitor game level performance trends across all verticalsAnalyze player journeys, session patterns, engagement by game type] Be the analytical eyes of gaming division As a Gaming Insights Manager, we need you to have:
Experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Insights, preferably within iGaming, online entertainment, or other digital B2C industries.Proven track record in reporting & performance analysis – managing KPIs such as GGR, NGR, bets, margins, and player engagement metrics.Hands-on experience with database querying (SQL) and large data set analysis.Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, data modeling) – essential for day-to-day reporting.Experience with BI / Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) to present insights to both operational teams and senior stakeholders.Exposure to forecasting & planning processes, contributing analytical support to commercial or product teams.Background in customer/behavioral analytics – analyzing journeys, retention, and engagement patterns.Analytical & Detail-Oriented – able to turn raw numbers into actionable insights.Commercial Awareness – understands how game performance and player behavior affect revenue and margin.Data Storytelling & Presentation – ability to translate complex findings into clear, concise recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.Problem-Solving Mindset – proactive in identifying trends, issues, and opportunities.Collaboration – works effectively with Product Managers, CRM, Marketing, and Finance to align insights with business goals.Time Management & Prioritization – able to balance multiple reporting and analysis tasks under tight deadlinesWe promise to give you:
