About the vacancy:
As a Head of People Experience and Communications Department, we need you to:
Design and lead company-wide People Experience initiatives, including DEI, engagement, mental health, and cultural events.Develop and execute internal communication strategies, design messaging that fosters connection, transparency, and alignment across a dispersed, multicultural workforce.Oversee employer-related external communications such as awards, press releases, employee stories, and community impact.Manage and evolve a global Employer Value Proposition (EVP) aligned with company mission, values, and culture—ensuring local market relevance and consistencyAct as a strategic partner to business leaders on culture, communication, and experience-related topics.Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team buildings, celebrations, and other connection-building initiatives.Control the People Experience budget and report on current and future costs and initiatives.Take ownership of your development—we’ll support you with the space to learn, stretch, and grow intentionally while making the most of every learning opportunity.Engage in continuous feedback, reflect on your progress, and complete all mandatory trainings in a timely and proactive manner.Bring positive energy into everyday work—we take our goals seriously, but never lose our sense of fun and team spirit.Help build a positive, energizing team culture where people feeli ncluded, supported, and celebrated.As a Head of People Experience and Communications Department, we need you to have:
8+ years of experience in employer/marketing branding, employee engagement, internal communications, DEI, or HR leadership roles.Bachelor’s in Marketing, HR, Communications, Business, or related; Master’s preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Deep understanding of EVP, DEI frameworks, internal communication best practices, storytelling, and HR analytics.Strong emotional intelligence, stakeholder influencing skills, project leadership, and intercultural fluency.A proactive, collaborative, and people-first mindset with a passion for shaping positive workplace culture.Able to translate business and culture goals into powerful brand narratives and DEI-aligned engagement programsWe promise to give you:
