About the vacancy:
As a People Partner, we need you to:
  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy for the business line and ensure recruitment process goes as planned
  • Conducting monthlyor bi-weekly meetings with respective business units.
  • Consulting with line management and providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. Conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Providing guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Managing Performance Appraisal program and delivering guidance to business line management.
  • Managing business line budget with line director and finance partner.
  • Helpingline managers to deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
  • As a People Partner, we need you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social science, Psychology, or Business administration
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Knowledge of English
  • Problem-solvingand decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employees
