About the vacancy:
As a Senior Content Creator, we need you to:
  • Participate in the strategic phase of project development – contribute to idea and concept generation.
  • Develop content plans and messaging based on campaign objectives.
  • Organize team work sessions and consolidate ideas.
  • Conduct research and define tasks based on gathered data.
  • Manage the workflow of design, video, and other graphic materials.
  • Create and monitor campaign launch calendars.
  • Oversee the full content creation process: copywriting, design, publishing, and sponsoring.
  • Lead projects when needed – coordinate meetings, shootings, legal, and procurement processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, PR, and Display channel teams
  • Set/define KPIs monthly, assess them with manager quarterly
    • As a Senior Content Creator, we need you to have:
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital content creation.
  • Practical experience in content strategy and campaign planning.
  • Solid knowledge of digital channels, their specifics, and content management standards.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of Georgian; English proficiency (B1+) is desirable.
