About the vacancy:
As a Omni Channel Communications Officer, we need you to:
  • Manage display advertising on local websites and oversee banner management
  • Optimize conversion rates
  • Plan and execute direct communication strategies for promotions and private offers
  • Build automation journeys for promotions and develop an overarching automation strategy
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce high-impact content for various channels
  • Create and manage assets for direct communication channels, including email, SMS, on-site messaging, and push notifications
  • Prepare launch communications, including email templates, design assets, and marketing copy
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports for all communications
  • Handle access to user IDs as part of your responsibilities, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies and regulations
    • As a Omni Channel Communications Officer, we need you to have:
  • Perform assignments as directed by the manager or other departments, with manager approval
  • Fulfill other job-related duties as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (preferably in Marketing)
  • Strong data analysis and communication skills
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools for analytics, email marketing, and task management
